THE FIREPLACE

Hello friends, I belief that all is well with you. God is forever faithful in every situation.

Recently, I and my family were hosted by a very close friend on a family trip, which was like an holiday gift to us. It was a summer cottage get away for us as family.

During the course of this summer cottage holiday, we did varieties of activities. God spoke to me through one of these activities, this activity is ‘the barbecue’. The first time we did the barbecue was the first day of our stay at the summer cottage and I enjoy doing it as well. One thing that stood out on the second day of the barbecue again was that the barbecue fire place was cold, there was no fire nor flame, it was early, nobody wanted to start the fire for the barbecue. Unlike the first day, when we did ours after the first set of group of people were done with theirs, it was easy because the flame was ready.

On that second day, It was cold, no heat, no fire, however because we needed to, we started the fire from the coldness of the the barbecue place. It was tough to start because there was no fuel to start, we only had dry wood and matches. So, we started making the fire with what we had, it took some couple of minutes to get the fire stable.

However, in the course of flipping and roasting, the smoke went up and it attracted many people to the barbecue place. They started to reserve their time after us. We started the fire and many people were attracted to the fireplace.

God used this life’s event to communicate about life to me that often time, when want something to exist in certain aspect of life. We sometimes feel sad and complain about why what we are hoping for doesn’t exist. We sometimes even waste time dwelling on our complains to the extent that it leads to heartbreak, sometimes depression.

A wasted time leads to a wasted life.

God told me that if you need something, you have to go and get it, there must be an hunger for fulfilment in you, the kind that you create even if not already in existence. This means that if you know that something that is needed doesn’t exist before or made available for you, you have to create it.

Go and start the fire!

When you do, it will attract people that would value your creation or invention, even those that won’t. It doesn’t just stop there, it would inspire the next person or the next generation to desire more in life. It could become a legacy that many would talk, write, act and sing about for many years to come. You will become an inspiration.

“1 Peter 2:9 – you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light”

You are a carrier of grace, your seed is a seed of righteousness, you are the nations shaker, a world reformer. Go and embrace your strength and true identity.

I pray for you today, where there are walls, the lord would raise you up to overcome every obstacles. Where there is no way, receive your open doors in Jesus name. God will restore everything that you have lost this week in Jesus name.

We may love to live life but it doesn’t always feel so friendly sometimes. Is it? The case of life sometimes is; ‘I smile’, ‘I groan’, there is a reason for that song but the irony of life is; ‘never conclude until it is concluded’, it is not over until it is really over. I am writing this for only one purpose and that is to tell you to ‘braze up and pick it up again’, you will surely rise above that raging storm of life if you didn’t give up.

It might be true that you have lost that something of great value to you, in fact, may be you cherish it more than life itself, the truth is; how do we know the value of success when we have not failed before and often time that bad happening is challenging us to be better or do better. So, before you reach conclusion that it is over for you, take a deep breath and think for a moment, maybe you lost that Job; think about it, there is a better Job waiting for you, in fact to some, life is challenging them to get creative, create Job for others and this is also applicable to every area of life that is proving difficult, your best is about to emerge. In fact, that fall might mean that you are about to take a lip or flight into the world of great possibilities.

Make up your mind to remain full of hope no matter what, that is where strength lies. This year is closing up for the dawn of a brand new year. You life case is exactly that way because a brand new case of life is about to be opened to you. God is working a work in you and the outcome can only be glorious.

Remain positive minded! It is okay to fear sometimes but it will be so catastrophic if you allow that fear to dictate your thought and your action, it is time to face your fear and overcome the odd of life. You are born tough, never allow anything to break you down.

Finding your spot in life, is the key ingredient to living a life of impact here on Earth, people come and go but their marks live on, what are you set to make yours?

Courage dictates the important rules for identifying priorities rather than analysis. Pick the future as against the past; focus on opportunity rather than on problems; choose your own direction rather than climbing on the bandwagon; and aim high, aim for something that will make a difference, rather than for something that is safe and easy.

Anytime you locate a genuine need and begin to meet it by the grace of God in you, you are ministering.

Nobody is indispensable but you can live and become irreplaceable. Some people lived and we are yet to find a replacement for them. They lived out their uniqueness and lived an extraordinary life! You can live better, do something worthwhile with your life!

It doesn’t matter how many time that that you have to fail, but when you fail, make sure that you fail forward, don’t give up! God is not a slave to human clock and his timing is perfect even when he appears catastrophically late!

Always glance at the picture of your future, it is the only thing that will prevent you from focusing on your past, which eventually can make that dream set for your future come to pass.

Collaboration is a very essential tool for all musicians, but there are good and bad way of going about it. Here are some tips from a musician point of view.

What are the process for collaboration with that influencer that you desire to roll with, should be the first thing to address…

Try to get the best possible means of contact to the artist.

You can contact some artist through their manager, some you can contact directly, some through someone that knows somebody that knows them. This depends on so many factors such as, how popular that particular artist is, some are easy to connect with and some are not. There are many factors that are responsible for this.

2. Don’t count on social media messaging or comment to get a reply from the artist you want to collaborate with.

From a personal point of view, this seems like easy move but it is totally so unlikely that you would get a reply. Why? As an artist, I may not be so popular but I know that my inbox is always busy, there are different kind of messages. Most of which, I don’t even bother to open because, think about it for a seconds. Opening messages is not my job description on social media and I have no time for that. Even, if it is possible, make sure that you send messages to them through their business pages on social media and when you do, go straight to your enquiries, avoid messages like “Hi”, “hello” only etc. Any messages that look like you want to chat with them won’t do you any good.

3. Send a message to an official email of the artist that you want to feature.

I am assuming that you want to collaborate with an artist that will help your music go to the next level, this means that, the artist must have an official email or contact somewhere, find it. This is one of the best ways, my personal experience is that, even if they didn’t reply you personally, the personal assistance or managing firm or managers are likely to. There is no particular method to this, you just have to keep on trying until you are able to achieve your plan.

4. Have as many options as possible.

Collaboration in music is very important, not only because an artist can influence your music popularity. but also because, it is good to have allies, people that you associate with or associate your creative work with matters. Develop your network by connecting with as many artists as you can.

5. Do it for a right reason.

A quick story, I had about an upcoming artist that I know personally, he invested in featuring a well known artist. He featured the artist, he spent on hosting his featured artist in Europe. This guy spent a lot of money and time, but when it was time to produce his music video, the well known artist became a ghost, after being paid a lot of money, after the enjoyment of the network of the upcoming artist. The upcoming artist just want an opportunity to reach the Africa market, for whatever reason this may be.

This is my own personal belief and approach. The major reason why I would want to feature an artist will not only be because they can influence my creative works or make it popular but also to have them as friends or a sort of a close allies or mentors, advisers, encouragers or even as guardians in this industry. Is this certain to happen someday? I will never know, unless I try. So try!

Sometimes, we think less of who we real are that we have to depend on the validation from others but the truth is, there is no one that match your uniqueness. God knows you, God planned you before creation, you are just fearfully and wonderfully made. A creation of the most high that is inferior to none.

Be so comfortable in yourself to the extent that you accept all of you, if learning is all it will take. LEARN TO TELL YOURSELF OF HOW AWESOME YOU ARE EVERYDAY AND EMBRACE THE FACT THAT YOU CAN BE BETTER AS EACH DAY PASSES. – Psalms 127:1-24

You are fearfully and wonderfully made

There is no person that has the right to define or redefine you but God and when you were made, God made you GOOD! – Genesis 1:31, you are one of God’s creations. It was intentional that you are made good, beautiful, and handsome. In fact, God is into you everyday of your life. Often time human makes mistake of waiting on man to redefine us, whereas, we have been defined by the most high and the only definition that was given to us is GOOD and beautiful.

Never allow any thoughts or believe to taint your true form, turn it into song, sometime write yourself a love song, learn to appreciate who you are and carry yourself as such.

I will also advice parents to keep reminding their children of how beautiful and handsome they are, take them on a date night sometimes, set the standard of how they should perceive themselves so high – set the standard so high that no lies can easily sway them. It is our duties to impact into our children a Godly standard -Proverbs 22:6, self-esteem and the way they perceive themselves is part of this training that the word of God is all about. If you don’t teach them about their self-confidence, there are a lot of tools and brainwashers out their that we teach them gladly a believe that would affect the way they perceive themselves with no regret or remorse of any kind. This could impact them negatively for life.

My prayer for you today is that, you will not fail yourself, your children and God. God’s grace is sufficient for you, go and reshape the future in the way it is meant to be, I am sure that anything you create will be awesome just like that of your father, GOD.

EYE OF LENS!

Hello my good friends, I will like to compare us to the “eye of lens”, yes, the lenses that exist in your phone camera, the DSLR or any other forms of cameras that you can think of, why? It is simply because they determine how the picture or the video captured look like.

The principle of life are related in many ways, it is possible to use a life`s issue in relationship with another, with just a little bit of different approach to get an awesome different result.

The truth is, “when a purpose of a thing is not known abuse is inevitable”, discovering your purpose in life can make you catch a ray of hope that will set your spirit free and launch you to a realm of maximum fulfillment.

However, here is a must asked question – WHY ARE WE HERE?

Don’t stop just asking this type of question, make sure that you provide an answer it!

Yes, you have to find an answer to such a question of great value and importance, don`t stop until you get a true answer to it, no matter how magnified the answer turns out to be, don`t panic, rather plan, ‘brace up and be determined’.

Can you brainstorm with me briefly?

No matter who is up there right now ahead of you in terms of statue, be it your school mates, your colleagues, your family member both younger or older, the truth is that they once had a time in their life when they were afraid of the magnitude of that which is giving their life meaning today, you the uncertainty that tomorrow holds, such is the way of every legends that has ever existed. They dared to take the risk, they wanted it and they went for it. It will never happen by accident, you have to position yourself for it.

Life is a duty, ‘not a bed of roses’. Duty, if properly fulfilled makes the future ‘a bed of roses’.

This is to say that just like input in many cases determine output. So also are issues of life that we allow to influence us, because this issues of life eventually will turn into our input, which will soon form our attitude or mentality. Your attitude determines the kind of picture you see.

Here is a save place; “PICTURE YOUR LIFE AS YOUR CREATOR HAS PAINTED IT…” God’s thought for you is awesome -Jeremiah 29:11.

The picture you see can determine your future. Picture your life “a fulfilled one” and step into the terrain of your making, allow your spirit to be set ablazed, be inspired by every moment of your life and take it one step at a time. Don’t stop dreaming, don’t stop believing and don’t stop preparing.

You have all it takes to make it in life, not only just to make it but also to make it gloriously and big.

The revelation from the word of God are precise and right pointer; apply them to your life as each day approaches. … Job 32:8.

Life does not answer to supply primarily but demand. It is about solution before promotion. It is not about what we lack first, it is about what you have left! In every nations and generation, there is always a demand for a man, whom the people can look up to for inspiration, for direction, for leadership for solution. In every battle, there is always the last man standing. Goliath placed a demand on men of Saul to produce a man that can compete with him, whoever wins, rules.

I Sam 17; 8-9. It is imperative that a looser cannot rule, an impossible dominion!

Your Goliath is what challenges your ability and question the authority of your creation. It is a challenge that calls you up for a challenge for championship. Losing is not an option if your actions matches your confession. Nick was born without hands and limbs. He has every excuse to blame creation for putting is life in a critical and mockery position. Yet, Today He is one of the most sought after public speaker, a terrific swimmer, an unstoppable dreamer. He is traveling all over the world living his life as an inspiration.

Nick Vijucic once said,” if you cannot get a miracle be a miracle!” what a profound truth! Beethoven was deaf yet he is one of the world best hymn composer of all time. You have not been employed for excuses but for exploits!

Goliath has not come to break you but make you!

Today, chose to be a person of action, a man of mission, set your life on motion, no matter the commotion, the world awaits your manifestation. Goliath’s demand is, give me a man! you are that man in a million! you are that man in a battalion. Rise like a lion! and roar, let the jungle feel your existence! do not quench your persistence, you are a carrier of a divine presence, you are born for such a time as this!

It works more than magic, it actually materialized things into reality and it is vivid in our life. We will like to share it with you.

Do you remember the king in the book of 2nd King 13

The more the arrows were smitten, the more victory that belongs to him based on the prophet’s instruction, he failed to see a limitless victory, his efforts match exactly his victory. Declare the invisible to the visible, call those things that were not as though they were (Romans 4:16); speak something good about you to the future which will soon turned to today.

The past few years has been the years of calmness, loneliness and excitement for us as family- to be sincere it has not been easy but with our heart we believe and with our mouth we confess things that we want to happen in our life as inspired by the holy spirit and as we were empowered by God- as impossible as they seems, to our greatest amazement, they materialized and we are still working, getting ready for better days still ahead. In fact some of our friends couldn’t relate with how possible this could be, now we are a source of inspiration to some of them to take their chances for their future benefits.

You can key into this grace, gather your family together, gather friends together, you as individual can also dare to tap into the realm of the invincible, if you want it, go and get it.

After your goals have been set, declare good things into your life, things that you want or need in this week, declare, decree, command and prophesy. Your spirit will bear you witness by an unexplainable calmness you will feel, then your faith will increase as it is written in Heb 11- And without faith it is impossible to please God, because anyone who comes to him must believe that he exists and that he rewards those who earnestly seek him.

Do you want God to move mightily in all your endeavors? Have faith!

It is time to take charge, declare with me – I speak against every situation that may want to break my spirit this week, I refused to be moved and shaken no matter what – In everything I do, according to the will of God for my life, I will succeed – Men and women shall call me blessed, old and young shall call me blessed and everyone I come across shall be liberated by my impact as given by the grace of God in me – when people are saying there is casting down – I and my family will experience what will make us to shout, there is lifting up – Every thing that seems impossible that we needed for stability in our life in my family shall turned possible by the power of the most high, we received work stability, carrier stability, ministry stability, business stability, finance stability, against all odds, we will emerge victorious ! There is no limit in the realm of the spirit. – Matthew 18:18.

You exist to be wonder on the surface of earth. DARE TO LIVE this limitless life!

YOU CAN STAND!

Season and time are one of the occurrences that no man can do without. No matter what, time and season will come; they will also go and also come around again. Life is in cycle, the different can only be made by an individual who is determined to make the different.

They were led to take a shorter road to discourage them from facing the war beyond what they can handle. Around the desert they were led and towards the red sea they moved, after leaving Sukkoth they camped at Etham on the edge of the desert. By day, ahead of them is a pillar of cloud to guide them on their way and by night is a pillar of fire to give them light, so that they could travel by day or night.

Neither the pillar of cloud by day nor the pillar of fire by night left its place in front of the people but the plans were hidden from them and their dream seems deemed when they discovered that the enemies were all behind them. Ahead is the Red sea and behind is a war from the past chasing, they were terrified. Then, Moses said to them, “Do not be afraid. Stand firm and you will see the deliverance the Lord will bring you today. The Enemies you see today you will never see again. The Lord will fight for you; you need only to be still.”

Somehow, you find yourself being terrified by some stuffs that had happened in the past to you, most especially this year that is closing up. You look at that moment and just can`t get enough, you are so happy that at least you are still managing your family and home, even though you are not sure if it will endure the days to come. I know the hurt a broken relationship can bring, most especially when you really invested in it whole-heartedly and in fact you are not sure if you will ever be able to love again, are you the one struggling with that addiction, belief me everyone at a point in their lives suffer from addiction in one way or the other, some got over it but others could not and in fact it claimed some people`s life and you are wondering what yours would be in days to come.

I am here writing this blog, that YOU CAN STAND! You can STAND the test of season and time, you should STAND the test of time and season because you are not supposed to be a victim to them but rather they should be your ride to making, fulfillment and joy etc.

For you to make your life to better than the past, first be CALM, be STILL. History repeat itself when men refuse to change it, most people are already losers before they enter their new season simply because they enter with fear.

See your new season as a VIRGIN year, no one can say for sure what it will be like but get yourself ready, set your spirit high and refuse the things that made your life miserable in your past season, this is not about, taking charge of any season is what you are created for, the work of the devil has been destroyed already long ago, it is time for you to make it a reality and make it visible. Exodus 15.

As you are adventuring into the new season, I see you overcome that thing that are set to make you sad, God has created you and make you alive to witness yet another season of abundance and great influence.. Make your impact felt as you step into the new season of your life.

Your are born to enrich the whole wide world but it can only start with you, BE CALM, BE STILL and SET YOUR SPIRIT ON FIRE, NEVER TO BACK DOWN to the PAST THREAT, MAKE YOUR FUTURE COUNTS!

SOMETIME, DELAY …

Is the world broken? Broken beyond repair? is it’s brokenness affecting humanity or , is it affecting everyone of us; ‘men, women, young and old’ alike? Will it get better or get worse? Why is the world keep getting darker? Is the manifestation of light still possible in this dark world? or will the beauty that exists keep booming?

Sometimes; life could be so challenging that the fire it breaths tend to make us weary, then we form a sorry state, at worse, from our thoughts emerge the reason why things can not get better, despite the fact that there are many opportunities stirring right at us.

I was busy watching one of my old school projects that I did with other three students, it was the first we did without much knowledge of what we were doing but it came out great! I am reflecting on this because they apply to my life in so many ways, come to think of it, I was a life performance stage writer, director and one of the actors as a student, a song writer, an award winning musician, a facilitator of a program known as dramatic revolution, I have a complete fiction novel yet unpublished, it is okay to take it one step at a time but do not give yourself a reason why it should not be done.

I am writing to you as I am speaking to myself; It is time to pick it up again! Your gift is life, it is your passion and of great value that you can not keep ignoring, the preparation time is getting over, it is time to explore your strength and start living.

I choose to blog this, may be it can find someone like you. Perhaps, it can strike a chord in you just incase you lost focus or the sight of your gift and talent, it is time to ignite that fire again. Your life will be much more meaningful by manifesting the power from your inner strength.

May be a word for you! When we delay to do what we ought to do at the right time, it may lead to the abuse of time and often time, when time is abused, regret is often the end result. Don`t be a victim, DELAY COULD BE SO COSTLY!

I see you breaking every limitation and step into the terrain of your making in LIFE. Go and embrace your strength!
